Training yesterday well it didn't eventuate. I did have big plans to walk home from work then walk to pick up my boys from school and daycare.....but I went to see a friend who just had a little baby. By the time I got home and tended to the beasts I was exhausted!
I did however at work make a conscious effort to use the stairs at every chance I could get (well it is the only way I can get to my classroom but that is beside the point). Anyway I ran up and down them yesterday about 10 times over the course of the day. Surely this has to count towards the steps I need to do to actually walk 50km in less time then I would like....yes I know Suck it Up Princess!
Today I will try to do something- maybe weights?
